Positive displacement pumps create destructive pulsation and hydraulic shock due to the reciprocating nature of their stroking action, potentially causing damage to the piping and system components. EVOL bladder type pulsation dampener offers the most efficient solution to reduce or eliminate pressure variations and complete system shock on the pump discharge.
This pulsation dampener works actively with either compressed air or gas, usually nitrogen and elastomeric bladder. The elastomeric bladder ensures no leakage of compressed air/gas into the process fluid, thereby enhancing the performance and ensure a steady process fluid flow in various applications including municipal, industry, sanitary and chemical transfer applications.

EVOL Backpressure Regulator (BPR) uses springs to gradually open up as the overpressure is used to compress the spring. With a frictionless flexible diaphragm, our backpressure regulator is able to regulate the set upstream pressure with precision. Our BPR is created with single-stage diaphragm and 316L stainless steel construction, which is suitable in most of the chemical industries.

EVOL Air Pressure Regulator is a high precision, single-stage diaphragm air pressure regulator. Even with feature of SS316 construction, it is still an economical and ideal choice for pressure reduction. Thus, the regulator is suitable for any process that requires precise regulation of air pressure in pipes and vessels.
During operation of the centrifugal pump, fluid enters continuously through the suction nozzle and flows into the eye of the impeller. Rotation of the impeller forces the fluid in the cavities between the impeller vanes to move tangentially and radially outwards from the center to beyond the circumference of the impeller.

Calibration pot is usually installed between suction side of the chemical pump and the storage tank. EVOL calibration pot gives an extremely accurate reading of the pump output for a wide range of flowrates. In order to obtain the reading, the check valve between storage tank and calibration pot is closed. Thus, the liquid level change in the calibrated scale can be observed within a minute.

Safety level gauge glasses offered by EVOL are manufactured with high purity quartz glass tube, meter shell and explosion-proof valve which guarantee quality and stability of parameters. EVOL UHMW-PE chemical hose is specifically designed and manufactured to safely and reliably transfer a wide variety of acids and chemicals. Our chemical resistant tubing with its high flexibility makes it efficient in handling a vast range of corrosive liquids even under extreme pressure and temperature.
